Christopher is known as the'voice'of cricket. A regular commentator on Radio 5 Live and the main cricket correspondent for the 'Telegraph' newspaper. Born in 1945 and educated at Marlborough and Cambridge, he captained Marlborough and Cambridge Crusaders at Cricket and played in County Second Eleven Championships for Surrey. He went into sports journalism, becoming Deputy Editor of 'The Cricketer' magazine in 1967 before moving on to the 'Telegraph' He joined the BBC as Sports Reporter in 1970 and has toured the West Indies, Australia and India.
