Piers is the former Editor of the News of the World and the Daily Mirror. He is the author of eight books and is Editorial Director of First News, a national newspaper for children. His book, The Insider, private diaries of a scandalous decade, became an instant number one bestseller. His sequel, Don’t You Know Who I Am? Insider Diaries of Fame, Power and Naked Ambition was published in spring 2007. On the television front, Piers is a judge with Simon Cowell on Britain’s Got Talent and in the US, America’s Got Talent. He is also the winner of The Celebrity Apprentice.
