Ian Hislop

Editor of Private Eye magazine since 1986, Ian can allegedly claim to be the most sued man in British history! Ian is one of the team captains on BBC2's long running quiz show, 'Have I Got News for You', since the show’s first broadcast, he has never missed an episode . In 2002 Ian and Nick Newman wrote a new family comedy show called ‘My Dad’s The Prime Minister’ best described as ‘Yes Minister’ meets ‘Grange Hill’. Ian has written for The Spectator, The Mail on Sunday, Financial Times, The Guardian, The Literary Review and Time Out. He is a weekly columnist The Listener and The Sunday Telegraph and can be heard regularly on BBC Radio.
