With his dark good looks and terrific food, Ed Baines is one of the hottest chefs in town with Randall & Aubin, the champagne and oyster bar in Soho as his flagship restaurant. Classically trained, Ed worked in some of the world’s most exclusive hotels, luxurious yachts and top ranking London restaurants like Bibendum, The River Café and Daphne’s before starting his own fleet of restaurants and gastro pubs. He’s well known on television for presenting Britain's Best Dish and is a regular co-presenter on UKTV’s Great Food Live, a frequent guest on BBC1’s Saturday Kitchen and appearances on Ready Steady Cook.
Ed regularly appears at food festivals, store openings and exhibitions and is an excellent speaker on food topics and business issues within the catering and service industries, motivational work and life management.
